Amen, Elle. K was five days old when this happened. I will never be able to celebrate her birthday without remembering the horrific tragedy our country faced, and the fear I felt as I held my precious newborn.
Only 5 days old...such a wonderful and sad time for you. I remember being at work and hearing the urgent news over the radio. All I wanted to do was go home to my family. Such a tragedy.
